Grazing Tables and Events

To begin your Boards and Baskets experience, please complete our online enquiry form with details including the event date, location, number of guests, and the nature of your occasion - whether social, formal, or corporate. Please indicate the product you're interested in and include any special requests or important details. 

Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll be in touch to discuss your event further and confirm availability. 

A booking link will then be provided to secure your date with full payment. This payment is fully refundable for cancellations made at least 14 days in advance. 

For grazing table bookings, we require access to your venue 60–90 minutes before your event to ensure your table is professionally styled and ready for guest arrival. Please ensure you book our attendance for 90 minutes prior to the commencement of your event.

Pricing includes all ingredient sourcing, on-site setup, table staging, and wooden cheese forks. Disposable plates and napkins are available as an optional add-on. Delivery charges are quoted based on your location and confirmed during booking. 

Once your grazing table is complete, we will photograph the final setup for our website and leave you to enjoy your event. At the end of the occasion, all table elements can be conveniently wrapped in the disposable tablecloth for easy cleanup.
