All bookings are subject to availability and require full payment in advance to secure your date. Payments are fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to your event. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

3. Booking Terms

You agree to provide accurate details regarding your event including date, time, location, and guest count. Boards and Baskets requires 60–90 minutes of access prior to your event for setup. Delivery costs are based on location and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Liability and Expectations

While we take every care in food preparation, Boards and Baskets operates in a kitchen that handles all 14 major allergens. We are not liable for allergic reactions or event disruptions due to client miscommunication or delays in access.

5. Website Use

We strive to keep our website up to date, but we do not guarantee it will always be free from errors or downtime. We are not liable for temporary interruptions to site access or outdated information.
